Description
The refrigerated dryer uses the principle of refrigeration dehumidification. By cooling the compressed air to a set temperature, the gaseous water in it is condensed into liquid water, which is then separated by a specially structured gas-liquid separator and discharged by a drainer to achieve the purpose of drying and dehydration.
»Product Advantages
Energy saving:
Thanks to energy-saving control, when operating at partial load, excess cooling power can be temporarily stored in energy storage materials, and subsequent cooling no longer requires energy consumption.
Long-term feasibility:
The high-quality refrigerant circuit of the SECOTEC refrigerated dryer ensures reliable performance at ambient temperatures up to +43 °C. The large-size condensate separator and electronic ECO-DRAIN condensate drain provide reliable condensate discharge at all load stages. The electrical equipment complies with standard EN 60204-1.
Excellent serviceability
The design of the housing takes into account the serviceability of the components, which helps to significantly reduce the labor costs of maintenance and testing work.
