Description
1. Working principle of scroll compressor
The working principle of the oil-free scroll air compressor is that the dynamic scroll plate rotates smoothly around the base circle center of the static scroll plate in the order shown in the left figure. During operation, air is sucked in from the suction port of the static scroll plate through the air filter.
When the dynamic scroll plate and the static scroll plate mesh with each other, crescent-shaped compression chambers are formed. As the dynamic scroll plate continues to rotate, the volume of these compression chambers gradually decreases, thereby compressing the air inside. This process ensures that clean, oil-free, high-quality compressed air is continuously discharged from the center of the scroll plate.
The entire operation design is stable and efficient, and there is no contact between the dynamic and static scroll plates.
