»Working principle
The dehumidification principle of the micro-heat adsorption dryer is basically the same as that of non-thermal regeneration. The difference is that the low-pressure dry air used for regeneration first passes through the receipt and then enters the regeneration tower to dehumidify the desiccant. A heating device is added to the structure, and the receipt and cold blowing process are added to the regeneration procedure. Advantages of micro-heat adsorption dryer: less energy waste, only 6%. Moreover, the switching cycle is long and the machine parts are less worn, which improves the reliability of the equipment.
