Description
Compressed air filters are mainly used for compressed air purification and impurity removal, filtering dust, water vapor and unburned hydrocarbons mixed in the compressed air. In addition, the lubrication system of the air compressor will also produce pollutants such as wear particles and oil. Even the compressor will produce these substances. This oil is acidic and is a low-quality oil that does not play a lubricating role. Pipe rust in the compressed air distribution system will also pollute the compressed air.
These dust, oil and water are mixed together to form a harmful corrosive sludge, which will wear pneumatic equipment, block valves, and corrode pipelines, resulting in: air leakage, damage to tools and equipment, production stagnation, increased maintenance costs, product scrapping, health threats, and affected working environment.
2.Filter features
Reasonable structure, small size and light weight.
Automatic and manual sewage discharge modes.
Can remove water, oil mist and solid particles.
Three-stage purification treatment, long service life.
With differential pressure indicator display, it is convenient to monitor the differential pressure in real time.
The filter element has a larger filtration area, small pressure loss, and convenient and quick filter element replacement.
Remove particles of 0.01um and above, and control the oil mist concentration at 0.01ppm/wt.
3.Filtration technology
Wound filter element for filtering oil mist and wet dust: Wound filter elements are known for their durability in humid and oil-contaminated environments. Nautilus technology winds multiple layers of filter element materials together to provide stable air quality with low pressure drop even in harsh working conditions.
Pleated filter element for filtering dry dust: Pleated filter element is an ideal technology for intercepting and filtering dry dust in compressed air. Pleated filter elements have a large surface area, thus ensuring longer filter life and lower pressure drop.
Macrostructured activated carbon: Macrostructured activated carbon has a larger surface than typical carbon filter media, providing superior adsorption capacity and consistent performance over a longer period of time.
Cyclone filtration for water: Uses centrifugal force to ensure proper separation of liquid droplets in the air stream.
