Description

1. Product Overview

The air suspension centrifugal blower is an energy-efficient, green and environmentally friendly product with a simple mechanical structure, few moving parts, good control robustness and easy maintenance. It adopts automotive-grade oil-free high-reliability dynamic pressure air suspension bearings, which are frictionless and have low mechanical losses during operation. It adopts advanced permanent magnet synchronous motor technology, with a maximum speed of 95,000rpm and can run at full speed in just 5 seconds. The motor efficiency is as high as 97%, meeting the double first-level energy efficiency standard. The wide-operating-condition high-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller adopted by the air suspension centrifugal blower has broken through the key technology of low specific speed design and has high efficiency. The special integrated design of the main engine makes the noise less than 75dB (A) and the vibration less than 12μm. It adopts stepless adjustment, and the fan can start and stop quickly, with continuous start and stop times exceeding 200,000 times.

(1) High efficiency and energy saving

The air suspension centrifugal blower adopts the combination of high-efficiency impeller and high-speed direct-connected motor unique technology, without additional friction loss, greatly improving efficiency and significant energy saving effect. The fan automatically adjusts the motor power consumption according to the required air volume (adjustable range of air volume 50-100%) to maintain high efficiency of equipment operation.

(2) Low noise and no vibration

The fan generates almost no vibration during operation, so the fan does not need to be equipped with a sound insulation device. When the machine is running, the noise level at 1 meter away from the machine is <85dB. The vibration intensity of the fan operation is <2.5mm/s.

(3) No need for lubrication

The fan adopts air suspension bearing technology. There is no contact between the bearing and the shaft. Therefore, the system does not need a lubrication system, can provide clean air, and avoid secondary pollution. The operating temperature of the air bearing reaches 600 degrees, and all the disadvantages of the oil bearing system are successfully solved.

(4) Easy installation

The fan equipment is light in weight, small in size, and easy to install. Since the fan is supplied as an integral unit (including the control system) and the fan is vibration-free, it does not need to be fixed during installation. It only requires a relatively flat and solid concrete floor. During installation, the fan is placed and leveled, the outlet duct is connected, and the 380V/50HZ three-phase AC power supply is connected.

The human-machine interface control can also be remotely operated and monitored in the central control room through the provided MODBUS or Ethernet communication interface. The fan is equipped with sensors for online detection of speed, pressure, temperature, flow, power, etc., and the operating status of the fan is controlled by the controller. It has anti-surge function, etc., which can realize unmanned operation. The fan air volume can be freely adjusted according to the external control signal.
