1.Centrifugal compressor structure
The centrifugal compressor adopts modular design, including proprietary modules such as main engine, cooling system, oil station system, motor, and electronic control system. It has the advantages of compact structure, reliable operation, energy saving and high efficiency, small assembly volume, and easy installation. It can ensure that users are provided with continuous, stable, oil-free, high-quality compressed air.
The aerodynamic design of the impeller centrifugal compressor applies aerodynamic principles, combined with self-developed modeling software, CFD simulation and other means to ensure the distribution and stability of the compression ratio between stages; at the same time, combined with the long-term product verification design experience, impeller database and design software of the Saman technical research and development team, the stability of the aerodynamic design is guaranteed.
2. Feature Of Sollant Centrifugal Air Compressor:
(1)Rotor dynamic design
The rotor and bearing design ensures that it can operate under reasonable oil film temperature, pressure, and thickness, effectively reducing the power consumption of the bearing. Extract a large amount of bearing stiffness and damping data, conduct rotor dynamics analysis, ensure the reasonable vibration value of the rotor, ensure that the rated speed is set away from the critical speed, and enhance the stability of the whole aircraft.
(2)High reliability bearings
Through the professional design of rotor dynamics, tilting pad bearings with strong load capacity and low vibration are adopted. The bearing bushing can automatically adjust the center according to the load and temperature changes to ensure that the unit can operate stably in response to various harsh working conditions.
(3)High performance
The electric actuator drives the airfoil stainless steel blades to accurately control the opening of the inlet guide vanes, change the pre-swirl value of the intake air, and improve the operating efficiency of the centrifugal compressor. When the compressed air demand is reduced, the IGV can save up to about 9% of energy consumption, making the centrifugal compressor efficient and energy-saving.
(4)Integral casting gearbox-modular integrated assembly
The horizontally split gearbox is integrally cast with the volutes at all levels, and the cooler box is integrally cast with modular design. Compared with the welded gearbox split structure, the main structure has high strength, fewer processing surfaces, and reliable operation. There is no assembly error between the volutes at all levels and the gearbox body, no deformation, low noise, and low vibration. Processing, assembly, transportation, on-site installation, maintenance, etc. are simple and convenient.
