Sollant Booster Compressor

1. Sollant oxygen compressor

It is mainly used for process gas unloading, loading, tank emptying, residual gas recovery and residual liquid recovery process systems. It is widely used in pressure boosting, voltage stabilization, power and purging in process flows, and can also provide a stable power source for power plants, food industries, medicine and experimental research units.

*Product Features

(1) The product has the characteristics of low noise, low vibration, compact structure, smooth operation, safety and reliability, high level of automation, etc. It can also be configured with digital remote display and control system according to customer requirements.

(2) It has alarm and shutdown functions such as low compressor oil pressure, low water pressure, high temperature, low intake pressure, and high exhaust pressure, making the compressor operation more reliable.

2. Sollant Oil-Free Nitrogen Compressors

Oil-free nitrogen compressors use a completely oil-free compression method that does not require any lubricating oil. They can always keep the compressed medium clean, do not require daily lubrication management, and avoid the troubles of oil mist and pipeline pollution. They are special nitrogen compressors for the lithium battery industry.

*Features of Oil-Free Nitrogen Compressors

(1)Long service life

The original synthetic resin piston is used to extend the maintenance cycle.

Each stage has independent interstage cooling to ensure the cooling effect.

(2)Oil-free

The entire unit adopts a completely oil-free design, making the entire unit completely oil-free.

(3)Energy saving

Sollant oil-free nitrogen compressors are electrically driven, and no compressed air is consumed during driving. They have high working efficiency and can significantly reduce energy consumption compared to general pneumatic booster pumps.

(4)Low noise and low vibration

The entire unit adopts a fully enclosed silent design, which greatly reduces the noise of the unit. The use of a one-way valve with less noise effectively suppresses the generation of high-decibel noise and achieves low-noise operation.

(5)Safety design

The dangerous rotating parts are equipped with fully enclosed belt protection devices, which can be used with confidence.

Standard equipment is a fully enclosed external fan motor.

It can prevent failures caused by dust and moisture.

Standard dust filter assembly to protect internal equipment

(6)Operation panel

Touch screen design allows for free adjustment of pressure, pressure display, maintenance information, etc.

3. Sollant CO2 compressor features

A carbon dioxide compressor is a compressor used to pressurize and transport carbon dioxide gas. It is mainly used in urea synthesis equipment. The following should be noted during design and use: (1) The critical temperature of carbon dioxide is high and it can be liquefied at 31.3℃ and 7.14MPa. When used in winter, the interstage cooling temperature cannot be too low; (2) When carbon dioxide is below 60MPa, it is conducive to gas compression; (3) Due to the high relative density of carbon dioxide gas, it is not advisable to use an excessively large average piston speed, otherwise the valve resistance will be large; (4) Carbon dioxide gas contains a small amount of water and is highly corrosive, so valves, devices and buffer tanks must be made of stainless steel.
